4.4 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

5.4 Bonus Expiry. Unless otherwise specified in individual promotion terms, all bonuses expire within thirty (30) days of being credited to the player's account. Expired bonus funds and any associated winnings will be removed from the account without notice.

6.1 RNG Certification. Rain-affected matches settled on DLS method are settled according to the official DLS result. Abandoned matches with no official result will be voided unless a specific market result has already been determined. PSL playoffs and knockout matches are settled at completion regardless of scheduled date changes within the same tournament.

7.5 Palpable Errors. xpk77 reserves the right to void bets placed at odds that are clearly incorrect as a result of human error, data feed error, or technical malfunction. A palpable error is defined as any odds that deviate materially from the market consensus at the time the bet was placed.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the xpk77 platform. Violation of any of the below provisions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Multi-Accounting: Creating or operating more than one xpk77 account, whether under the same or different personal information.
• Fraudulent Activity: Using fraudulent, stolen, or unauthorised payment methods; initiating fraudulent chargebacks; providing false identity documentation.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly live dealer table games.
